A safe, supportive return to exercise after baby

Returning to exercise after pregnancy can feel overwhelming. Knowing where to start, what’s safe, and whether something is right for you isn’t always clear.

Our Mum & Baby training at Empower Fitness is designed specifically for post-partum mums who want to move again safely, with proper guidance and support.

This is not a high-intensity workout or a one-size-fits-all class. It’s a physio-approved, coach-led program, run in a calm, private studio, with small group numbers and babies very welcome

This program may be a good fit if you:

  • Are post-partum and unsure where to start with exercise

  • Want to return to movement safely and gradually

  • Would feel more comfortable in a calm, private space

  • Would like guidance from experienced coaches

  • Would enjoy training alongside other mums at a similar stage

There’s no pressure to keep up, no expectation to be “fit”, and no rush to progress faster than feels right for you.
